Cutting Room

Key Equipment:
• 3 Mobile trolley cutting machines (Atom, USM): semi-automatic, equipped with safety sensors, capable of cutting multiple fabric layers
• 13 Swing-arm cutting machines (Atom): adjustable pressure up to 20 tons, used for glove accessories and cutting krall.
• Automatic bandage cutting machine: fast cutting according to precise measurements, with safety sensors.
• 5-meter layering tables: used to stack and secure fabric rolls for cutting.
Production Capacity:
• Up to 3000 pieces/day
•Simultaneous cutting of up to 10 fabric layers
Traceability:
• Each piece is labeled and identified
• Quality control is performed before the assembly phase.
Printing department

Equipment:
• 2 automatic pneumatic printing machines (Hebbecker type, 5 heads, TIA Portal programmed)
• 1 film preparation oven (dark room with high-intensity lighting)
• 3 dryers (Trockner) with adjustable temperature and time settings
• 2 precision scales (for chemical recipe dosage)
• Shelves and containers for chemical product storage

Production Capacity:
• Up to 1,000 blatt (sheets) per day
Output:
• High-precision printed glove components ready for assembly • Consistent print quality with controlled curing and drying
Embossing
This stage adds a high-end personalized touch (logos, patterns) to the product.
Equipment:
• 4 semi-automatic heat presses
• Embossing area: up to 30 x 30 cm
Compatible Materials:
• Latex (2 mm / 3 mm)

Production Capacity:
• Up to 500 embossed pieces/day
Output:
• Durable, sharp, and precise embossing thanks to laser, controlled pressure, and temperature settings

SEWING WORKSHOP
